Chur, the comfy beds were a highlight, but the shower lacked pressure, which was a bit of a letdown. Sweet as location though!

The two-bedroom apartments were surprisingly clean and well-catered, offering good soundproofing. Plenty of secure parking options made access convenient, and those little touches like complimentary snacks on arrival were a nice surprise.

On the downside, the air conditioning in one room wasn’t functional, leaving it hot and stuffy without a fan available. Some amenities were lacking. for example, the dishwasher was out of order, and the lack of cushioning on dining chairs made seating uncomfortable.

The location was occasionally noisy due to the nearby hospital, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Blackout curtains would improve room comfort significantly.

Had a great time at Reef Gateway! The apartment was super clean, had comfy beds, and the pool area felt like a chill oasis. Just wish the kids’ room had a better airflow since the AC didn’t work there. definitely recommended for families!

It was just a good match for a trip in Cairns with great value-to-price ratio. The staff were quite accommodating, helping us find nearby dining options that were a hit. consider checking the noise level from rooms facing the street.

Staying here with friends was a blast! We enjoyed a spacious apartment with a seating area, flat-screen TV, CD and DVD players. The location is spot on for exploring local attractions, especially The Cultural Place and Reef Fleet Terminal. The kitchen was handy for quick meals, and the pool area was lovely to lounge around.

The bedrooms facing the hospital can be quite noisy, which might disturb your sleep. It would be great if they could add blackout curtains for better comfort.

A fantastic stay with family! The apartment was bright, clean, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The pool area looked inviting, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Royce, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and provided a warm atmosphere despite Cyclone Jasper approaching during our visit.
